Lander Sports has been devoted in exploring, researching and expanding new business during its firstyear of business transformation. It plans to forge a sports industry system that is composed by 6major platforms.
1. Sports Finance:
Lander Sports collaborates with Zhejiang Administration of Sports and China Construction Bankon setting up a CNY 5 billion worth industry fund. The company has done many preparationwork for this fund during Q116. The 19th Asian Games will take place in Hangzhou in 2022,which is expected to bring massive capital investments and opportunities to company’s sportsfund. By taking this opportunity, Lander Sports has obtained 16 infrastructure constructionprograms including building sports stadiums (via leveraging and equity investment).In terms of its sports finance business, Lander Sports also plans to develop: 1) finance leasing ofsports assets 2) sports insurance products including property insurance and personal insurance3) trading centre of sports industry: the company is still working on obtaining certificate for thisbusiness 4) sports lottery: the company wants to agent lottery purchase for its customers viaphone calls and internet, yet the internet-lottery business is still not opened in China. LanderSports currently provides value-added services like lottery prediction, information & interactiveplatforms operation.
2. Sports events:
Lander Sports has participated in many sports events including Dejan stankovic Cup BasketballCompetition, A-cup Asian Professional Basketball League and WBC Boxing World Champion, ithas also held many electronic sports events. 3. Sports media:

4. Sports real estate, which include:
intelligent sports venues (5 stadiums finished, 7 under construction and 60 more innegotiation), sports tourism, special sports stadium and lifestyle stores.
5. Sports training:
The company announced to set up a soccer school to provide: special vocational educationtraining, summer training class for general education and compulsory education promoted byChinese government. The education business will be centred on soccer and golf.

Lander Sports has signed contract with more than 1600 venues (of which 1430 have come online), covered 17 cities and developed over 3 million active users (the number of users isexpected to be 8 million in the future).
Recently, the number of company’s user posts stagnant growth, due to the upgrade ofcompany’s ERP system, which is used for internal settlement and identity authentication. Theold ERP system had single-ring and needed the help of front desk & customer service. The latestversion of ERP has realized online operation and cut down labor costs since it needs no card anymore.
Lander Sports is currently promoting the new ERP system for free. The company had won 65 5-year contracts within its first week of promotion and registered CNY 2 million net profit for thelatest 4 months.
